For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 150 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service and administration. For our team of specialists we are looking for a:

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of our residents within your area of expertise
• Ensuring a professional nursing process in collaboration with the team
• Planning, supervising and assessing apprentices in Health Specialist EFZ
• Conducting educational and location discussions according to the training regulations
• Promoting a learning-friendly environment and imparting specialist knowledge in everyday nursing
• Contributing to the further development of training practice and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
• Trainer course (according to SVEB or equivalent) or the desire to further your education
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment in supporting and promoting young people
• Responsible, empathetic and team-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
