The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job positions as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the Canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs. To complement our team, we are looking for a Specialist in Care 30% as of mid-October or by arrangement. In a five-person team, you will accompany people in their individual life situations and needs with a lot of empathy and professional competence. In the WG Frenkendorf, our team coaches and accompanies a shared apartment of twelve adults with support needs in their individual life situations and needs. In doing so, we actively engage with the implementation of the UN-CRPD and focus on participation and co-determination in all processes.
