The d-Aubonne site brings together all EHC missions in a single location: whether for primary care with its medical center, located in the East wing of l-Hôpital. The Centre médical d-Aubonne includes 10 practices of family medicine and specialized medicine in psychiatry and psychotherapy, in gynecology-obstetrics, in gastroenterology, in proctology, in geriatrics, in orthopedics and in ophthalmology as well as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and dietetics services.

We are looking for our Centre médical d'Aubonne for a:

Medical Assistant (F/M) - Centre médical d'Aubonne at 40% - 60%

Permanent contract, starting November 1st, 2026

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC as a medical assistant, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Skills in blood sampling, laboratory analysis, and expanded radiology
• A strong interest in administrative tasks
• Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in the execution of routine and exceptional activities.
• A keen sense of responsibility.
• Recognized skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
• A strong team spirit, autonomy and the desire to evolve in an environment favoring collegiality.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
• Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
• Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
• Perform routine diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, etc.
• Manage the telephone switchboard and taking messages.
• Ensure the management of billing for medical acts.
• Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks participating in the proper functioning of the center such as managing emails and schedules.
• Be the guarantor of the preparation, follow-up and archiving of patients' physical medical files.
• Perform typing, proofreading and transmission of medical reports and examination results to doctors within adequate timeframes.
