On behalf of one of our clients, a reference institution active in home care in the Riviera-Chablais region, we are looking for Nurses:

Nurse (M/F) home care

Your mission ###

Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in the home maintenance and quality of life of the beneficiaries.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Provide personalized nursing care at the patients' homes.
• Assess the needs of beneficiaries and develop adapted care plans.
• Ensure clinical follow-up and guarantee the continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, relatives, and the various stakeholders in the care network.
• Actively participate in the promotion of autonomy, comfort, and well-being of patients.

Your profile ###

• HES Nurse diploma or equivalent recognized title.
• For diplomas obtained abroad: CRS recognition is imperative.
• Confirmed professional experience of at least 2 years in home care.
• Excellent ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Keen sense of responsibility, organization, and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
• Clean Swiss criminal record required.
