YOUR TASKS

• Professional processing, care, and sterilization of instruments and materials for the surgical area
• Assembling surgical instrument trays, sets, and individual items
• Management and ensuring the availability of sterile and unsterile material
• Cleaning, operation, and monitoring of machines and devices in compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
• Training and professional guidance of trainees in the field of sterilization
• Participation in the development and implementation of training programs

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Sterilization Assistant I/II or Medical Device Technologist EFZ
• Professional experience in the field of sterilization is an advantage
• Strong social and team competence
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, careful, and exact way of working
• Resilient and flexible personality
