Healthcare Professional

For the Spitex area, we are looking for an engaged personality as a professional, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You will take over the professional and demand-oriented care and support of our customers in all services.
• You support our customers with activities of daily living and provide nursing as well as domestic services according to the care plan.
• You advise and instruct relatives and contact persons and work actively and constructively in the interprofessional team.
• You maintain careful and traceable nursing documentation and contribute to the securing and further development of nursing quality.
• According to the deployment planning, you take on assignments in the day and late shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays and contribute to appreciative care of our customers.

Profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
• Resilience, flexibility and strong customer orientation
• Readiness for assignments in all shifts as well as on weekends/public holidays
• Good IT user skills and driver's license Kat. B, car an advantage
