Sports psychologist in psychotherapy training

A stone's throw from the Morges train station, in brand new premises, GO2, the Romand center for surgery and sports and arts medicine, was created by a specialized and passionate team. It is intended for adolescents who regularly practice a physical activity, regardless of their level, whether in a leisure, club, or elite category context. This team of doctors, surgeons, or therapists also advises any adolescent wishing to start or resume a physical activity.

We are looking for our center Go2 located in Morges for a:

Sports psychologist in psychotherapy training (F/M) at 20%

Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed.

YOU POSSESS

• A master's degree in psychology required
• Postgraduate training in psychotherapy in progress required
• Training in sports psychology completed, in progress, or an interest in training during the 2027 - 2030 curriculum
• A strong interest in the field of sport, performance, and rehabilitation
• An ability to work in an interdisciplinary team in a demanding environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, team spirit
• A spirit of initiative and a desire to develop your skills

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Participate in the psychological assessment of adolescent and young adult athletes
• Contribute to strengthening the center's activity in its field of competence
• Accompany sporting patients (amateur to elite) from a health and performance perspective
• Intervene in issues such as stress management, anxiety disorders and mood disorders, eating disorders, recovery after injury, sports addiction, etc.
• Collaborate with medical, therapeutic, and sporting teams
• Develop your practice under supervision (if in training)
