Team Leader / Team Leader in housekeeping 80-100%

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of housekeeping with the areas of cleaning and textile management
• Responsibility for personnel management and organization within housekeeping (team of 5 employees)
• Co-responsibility for domain-specific purchasing, stock management, and the housekeeping budget
• Monthly invoicing of additional services as well as production of statistics. Implementation of group-wide concepts, directives, standards, and procedures
• Planning, execution, and documentation of the quality management system
• Ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external partners
• Recruitment, staff planning, and organization of employee training
• Responsible for the professional cleaning of all assigned rooms and facilities
• Responsible for textile management including work and operational clothing as well as guest linen
• Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as personal hygiene standards according to the instructions of the establishment
• Active participation in housekeeping tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in housekeeping CFC
• Professional and management experience in a comparable function
• Value-oriented leadership style, stress resistance, and autonomous work
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Availability for weekend shifts
