Your tasks at the new employer:

• Accompany patients through their rehabilitation process and support them in gaining more security in everyday life step by step
• Align your care specifically to existing resources and plan, manage, and evaluate the individual nursing process
• Motivate and promote patients on the way to their personal rehabilitation goals and strengthen their independence
• Network nursing, therapy, and medicine through close interprofessional cooperation and thus contribute to a holistic rehabilitation process

You offer your new employer:

• You have a degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition
• Professional experience in rehabilitation is an advantage, but not a must, if you already bring sound nursing experience and interest in this specialist area
• You work in a resource-oriented manner, recognize potentials, and enjoy promoting patients in their independence
