What you will do ##

• Independent management of oncological consultations and therapies in the modern premises of the Spitalzentrum im MEDIN Biel
• Active participation and moderation of interdisciplinary tumor boards
• Cooperation and maintenance of good relationships with referring physicians
• Participation in the further training of assistant physicians and nursing staff
• Commitment to the continuous optimization of cooperation and processes
• Consultative co-management of inpatient patients

What distinguishes you ##

• Specialist title in Oncology or equivalent with MEBEKO recognition, or shortly before completion of specialist training
• Ability to conduct an oncological consultation
• Respectful, solution-oriented, integrative personality with an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and good communication skills
• Quality awareness with a focus on safe, efficient, and resource-conserving processes
• Commitment to the further and continuing education of hematological trainees (doctors and nursing staff)
• Language proficiency in German or French at native level with knowledge of the other language
