Your tasks

You will take on tasks of clinical social counseling in cooperation with the case-leading therapists. Involving the interdisciplinary team, you will accompany and support our patients and relatives within the framework of the treatment goals during the inpatient stay. You will advise our patients on social law and labor law issues and mediate between patients and social partners. You will accompany the discharge planning.

Your profile

You have a completed degree in social work (Uni, HFS, FH) or an equivalent education and further training with proven professional experience, ideally in a clinical environment. You are service-oriented and binding in communication. You are flexible in work planning and have a structured way of working. Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss health and insurance system is required.
