Your Tasks

• InterRAI-HC needs assessments for both Spitex clients and caring relatives, including case responsibility
• Responsibility for the implementation of needs-oriented, requirement-based, and professional care of clients at home, taking into account current and evidence-based care and treatment concepts
• Support of the nursing management in the technical / organizational area, such as coordination & support of caring relatives
• Roster design and deployment planning
• Active deputy for the nursing management

What you bring for the position

• Training as a certified nurse with a diploma recognized in Switzerland
• Spitex experience
• Very good Perigon user knowledge, valid driver's license Cat. B
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Sound nursing expertise and interest in professional and personal development
• High social competence with commitment to constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional cooperation
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Organizational skill and business understanding
