We are looking for the CMS de Moudon for an:

Occupational therapist

at 60-70%

Mission:

• Ensure occupational therapy services and appropriate care for people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their entourage.
• Ensure the "situation reference" of clients and evaluate their needs.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary manner in the organization and monitoring of the care project defined with the client.

Profile:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or a title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS).
• Demonstrate a good sense of responsibility and be able to organize oneself autonomously.
• Possess good skills for network collaboration and multidisciplinary work.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
