INFIRMIER / INFIRMIÈRE ÉVALUATEUR / ÉVALUATRICE AI (80-100%)

Attached to the division of specific services, in your capacity as a nurse evaluator, you evaluate the medical and specific needs of insured persons to determine their rights to disability insurance (AI) benefits. You are part of a team of 8 collaborators and report directly to the head of the AI evaluation service.

Your various missions

• Conduct evaluations at the homes of insured persons, in specialized institutions or in EMS, during benefit requests from insured minors, adults or those of AVS age
• Analyze and determine the right to various AI benefits: pension, allowances for incapacity, assistance contribution, auxiliary aids and pediatric home care
• Ensure a specialist role by providing a health professional's perspective to an AI/AVS file

Your profile

• HES certified nurse or equivalent training / experience
• Certificate or specific title in the field of activity, an asset
• 5 years of experience preferably in the health / community health field
• Experience in pediatrics, in child psychiatry or experience in the field of autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, an asset
• Mastery of classic office tools
• French: perfect mastery orally and in writing
• Other languages: an asset
• Ability to conduct interviews with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to adapt during complex situations, particularly at the homes of insured persons
• Sense of planning, prioritization and organization
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Interpersonal ease and customer orientation
• Spirit of mutual aid and collaboration
• Ability to work autonomously
• Sense of responsibility
