Your tasks

• You will support the registered nurses in their daily work.
• You will take on delegated nursing tasks, perform housekeeping activities, and undertake errands.
• You will attend to the concerns of patients and their families and pass them on to the responsible registered nurse.
• You will prepare the patient places according to specifications and taking hygiene guidelines into account.
• During non-therapy time, you will engage with our patients, including playing, crafting, or going for walks, etc.
• The checking and ordering of consumables will be delegated to you as required.
• You will work 3 days per week on the early shift from 07:15 - 12:50.

Your profile

• Nursing Assistant SRK or similar training
• Good German language skills (at least B2 language level)
• Good social competence paired with a heart for children
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
• Team player with an exact and efficient way of working
• Flexible, resilient, and cheerful personality

Your salary ##

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 56'000 and 72'000 Franken per year.

The exact level of salary depends on your training and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
