As an Assistant in Community Nursing and Health (ASSC), you actively participate in the sanitary care of the center's residents and ensure close support adapted to their needs.

You will work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, in collaboration with nurses, doctors and network stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in the reception, listening and accompaniment of people from various migratory backgrounds.
• Ensure the monitoring of treatments and the application of care protocols.
• Contribute to prevention and health education actions.
• Collaborate with the different actors involved in the care of beneficiaries.
• Participate in the management of emergency and crisis situations in compliance with established procedures.

This mission requires a great capacity for adaptation, excellent stress management as well as a strong sense of responsibility.

Profile sought
-----------------

You hold a CFC in ASSC or a recognized equivalent diploma in Switzerland.

Ideally, you possess:

• Significant experience in adult psychiatry.
• Good resistance to stress and a capacity to manage complex or crisis situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional posture adapted to a vulnerable public.
• A team spirit and a great capacity for adaptation.

Knowledge of the socio-sanitary network is a real asset.

For candidates holding a European Union diploma, several years of experience in psychiatry are required.

Day shifts only: 08h00 - 17h00

• No night, weekend or public holiday work.
• Remuneration according to the CCT Santé 21.
