Profile sought:

• Must hold a HES diploma in nursing;
• Possess broad clinical knowledge;
• Experience in home care: an asset;
• Autonomy, punctuality, respect for the professional framework and interpersonal skills;
• Driver's license indispensable;
• Work is primarily carried out with a vehicle provided or with your own vehicle, depending on the needs of the service.

Your main missions:

You intervene at the patients' homes to:

• Perform nursing care (dressings, injections, blood tests, treatment follow-up, etc.);
• Participate in the preparation of weekly schedules;
• Collaborate with the medical team and other stakeholders; Respect care protocols and hygiene standards;
• Complete patient files with rigor

Intervention zones:

• Lavaux-Oron ;
• Veveyse ;
• Glâne;
• And the surrounding villages
