• Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of Endocrinology/Diabetology as well as ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and economical care
• Outpatient and inpatient care of patients as well as further development of the endocrinological and diabetological service offering
• Further development of diagnostic and therapeutic processes as well as initiation and implementation of clinical projects
• Promotion, coaching, and development of employees as well as active participation in training, advanced training, and continuing education
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with Internal Medicine as well as particularly with Surgery, Nuclear Medicine, Rheumatology, and Radiology

• Specialist title Endocrinology/Diabetology, ideally supplemented by the specialist title General Internal Medicine or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Several years of clinical experience and proven expertise in the entire spectrum of endocrinology and diabetology
