Nurse IMC / without shifts 60 - 100% Bern

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will care for cardiological patients in Bern immediately before and after minimally invasive procedures in the cardiovascular area. In a workload of 60 to 100%, you will undertake monitor-supported monitoring, recognize clinical changes early, and ensure a safe transition between intervention and further treatment. Particularly interesting for nursing professionals who want to combine acute care with predictable working hours: assignments take place from Monday to Friday without night and weekend shifts. The permanent position is available immediately or by arrangement.

• Pre- and post-interventional monitoring and care of cardiological patients
• Monitor-supported care after minimally invasive procedures in the cardiovascular area
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team of nursing, physicians, and specialists
• Ensuring quality, safety, and continuity in the nursing process
• Working in regular day shifts from Monday to Friday without night, weekend, or holiday shifts

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn or DGKP
• Several years of professional experience in the medical acute care sector
• Ideally experience in cardiology IMC or recovery room
• Further training in monitoring or IMC nursing is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and resilient way of working
