As a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, you support people in acute mental health crises with professional competence and empathy. Together with the interprofessional team, you promote stability, resources, and independence and contribute to professional care.

Requirements profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ with a specialization in psychiatry (For qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Sound experience in psychiatric nursing and care
• High professional and social competence as well as strong self-reflection
• Confident, calm handling of challenging situations
• Responsible, structured, and team-oriented way of working

Tasks ##

• You professionally and needs-orientedly care for and accompany patients in the acute psychiatric environment
• You participate in primary nursing and implement individual nursing and care priorities
• You promote a stabilizing and therapeutic ward environment
• You act calmly and professionally in crisis situations and in the event of challenging behavior
• You work closely with nursing, medicine, therapy, and other specialist departments
• You document your nursing services carefully and contribute to a high quality of care
