• Ability to transfer scientific findings into practice and strategically develop nursing processes
• High degree of personal responsibility and decision-making ability
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and the transfer of knowledge
• Structured and analytical way of thinking for the development of forward-looking nursing models
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
