Specialist in Care, Vocational Trainer function

For one of our customers, we are looking for a Specialist in Care, Vocational Trainer function

Your tasks:

• You routinely manage demanding care situations and offer our residents high-quality care and support
• As a reference person, you are significantly involved in shaping the care process. However, you place at least as much value on support and milieu-therapeutic aspects
• As an experienced specialist, you motivate and accompany our apprentices until the qualification procedure

Your strengths:

• You have training as a Specialist in Care and bring experience in the field of long-term care.
• You have completed the vocational trainer course and successfully obtained the SVEB1 certificate, or respectively bring the willingness to acquire this.
• You bring social competence, possess an independent way of working, and enjoy working in a self-organized team.
