Occupational Health Nurse

Mandated by one of our clients in Genève, we are looking for an

Occupational Health Nurse

• Holder of a HES Nursing diploma or an equivalent title recognized by the Croix-Rouge Suisse
• Valid BLS or AFGSU certification
• Additional training in occupational health, prevention, or a related field
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Good level of English (minimum B2)
• At least 3 years of experience in nursing, ideally supplemented by experience in emergency care
• Good knowledge of safety protocols and incident management in a professional environment
• Ability to quickly assess a clinical situation, define priorities, and make appropriate decisions
• Proficiency with IT tools, medical software, and office applications
• Reactivity and composure in emergency situations
• Sense of organization and excellent priority management
• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, adaptability, and a proactive approach to prevention
• Ensure the reception, listening, and support of employees on health issues
• Perform routine nursing care and intervene in case of emergency
• Participate in the management of occupational accidents and coordinate the necessary medical orientations
• Ensure administrative follow-up and the updating of medical records
• Ensure the management of medical equipment and stocks
• Contribute to prevention, awareness, and health promotion actions within the company
• Participate in efforts to improve working conditions and prevent professional risks
