Nurse (F-M) day/night at 60 - 80 %

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and global management of hosts in the spirit of our care model and care process
• Taking on tasks as a reference person for care
• Collaborating with external stakeholders (doctor, physio…)
• Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the daytime team
• Management of case discussions and nursing reports
• Availability for night shifts

Your profile

• Completed nursing training / registered nurse or equivalent training recognized by the CRS
• Professional experience in long-term care is an asset
• Organized, calm, rigorous, committed and motivated
• A warm attitude full of humor
• Enjoyment in taking on varied challenges
• French native speaker or practicing it fluently
