For one of our clients, a recognized player in the pharmaceutical industry based in Genève, we are looking for a Product Quality Assurance Engineer for a temporary mission of 5 months, with the possibility of extension.

Product Quality Assurance Engineer

Your responsibilities ##

Within the Quality Assurance department, you will notably be in charge of:

• Performing the review and release of batches of raw materials, packaging articles, and finished products.
• Ensuring the follow-up of non-conformities: approval of investigations, management of CAPA, and quality decision-making.
• Driving Change Controls related to marketed products.
• Approving quality documentation in connection with production and engineering activities.
• Ensuring a field presence (QA Oversight) and participating in production meetings as well as Gemba Walks.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects and supporting production teams.
• Participating in the Design Transfers of new products and marketed products.
• Participating in the processing of customer complaints.
• Contributing to internal audits, regulatory inspections, and the monitoring of quality indicators.

Your profile ##

• Engineering degree, scientific Master's, Pharmacist, or HES.
• 5/7 years of experience in operational Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Experience in a sterile/injectable manufacturing environment is a real asset.
• Good knowledge of BPF (GMP) and the ISO 13485 standard.
• Mastery of quality tools (CAPA, Change Control, risk analysis, 5 Why, 5M, QQOQCCP, A3-).
• Fluent French and professional English (minimum B2).
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive person who enjoys teamwork.
