To strengthen the nursing team at a location in the Canton of Bern, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ.

Your tasks

• Participation in the continuous development of support quality
• Ensuring individual and holistic resident care daily
• Early recognition of health changes and precise documentation
• Empathic exchange with relatives as a competent contact person
• Active support in maintaining the existing abilities of the residents
• Inclusion of the residents in all care-relevant decision-making processes
• Contribution of innovative ideas for the optimization of existing work processes

Your profile

• Completed healthcare training EFZ or comparable recognized qualification
• Several years of practice in the care of elderly people
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
• Empathic and appreciative attitude towards residents
• Strong teamwork skills and collegial cooperation
• Independent way of working with high personal responsibility
• Willingness for continuous professional development
