Certified Nursing Specialist HF Spitex 50-80% (all)

For our client in Dielsdorf, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious certified nursing specialist HF Spitex (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Care and support of clients at home
• Ensuring a professional nursing process
• Conducting consultation and needs assessment interviews
• Professional and organizational coordination of Spitex operations during evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Requirements

• Completed training as a Cert. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or DN I/DN II
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident use of MS-Office and Perigon
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
