Together with our client, a modern healthcare facility in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 60-100 % for a temporary assignment in acute geriatrics, starting immediately or by arrangement. The institution offers professional medical care and accompanies older people with acute illnesses as well as various health limitations. Holistic care, the promotion of independence, and individually tailored treatment are at the center.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take over the professional care and support of older patients with acute illnesses and different support needs
• The assessment of the health status as well as the planning and implementation of individual nursing measures are among your central tasks
• Together with doctors and therapeutic professionals, you support mobilization and promote the independence of the patients
• You carry out medical-technical procedures professionally and ensure complete and traceable nursing documentation

• A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition forms the basis for this activity
• Ideally, you have experience in acute care or geriatrics and are interested in complex nursing situations
