Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training in Switzerland as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF
• Good knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Joy in supporting employees in training
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and responsible way of working

Tasks ##

• Professional and individual care and support of the residents
• Participation in vocational training and support of employees in training
• Contact person for relatives
• Cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
