We are looking for an intensive care nurse for our intensive care service until 31.05.2027

MAIN TASKS ##

• Care of patients specific to intensive care and patients in ambulatory care.
• Efficiently analyze and manage specific medico-surgical situations.
• Ensure preventive, curative, and educational nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate in the organization of work and the smooth running of the department's activities.
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ##

• Hold the title of nurse ES or Bachelor of Science in nursing HES-SO,
• For a foreign diploma, Red Cross recognition is necessary
• Proven experience in specialized acute care
• Benefit of solid technical skills and capable of working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Motivated, efficient, autonomous and endowed with a keen sense of responsibility, you know how to show anticipation and are very organized
• Great aptitude for teamwork and multidisciplinary work
• Sense of priorities in acute situations and good stress management
• Interpersonal qualities, empathy and ease in communication
• Availability and flexibility
