Your tasks

As a committed professional, you take responsibility for the night operations. You competently ensure the care and safety of our residents (48 care places and WohnenPlus). In doing so, a staff member for care and nursing is by your side. As a member of the night watch team, you are co-responsible for a complete flow of information and are responsible for the implementation of the nocturnal nursing processes.

Your profile

Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, Betagtenbetreuer/-in, Hauspfleger/-in
Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
At least two years of experience in long-term care
Resilience, understanding, patience and empathy for elderly people, ability to work in a team
