Emergency Practice at Kinderspital Zürich, operation 365 days a year in shift service,
deployment times distributed over the entire week (Monday to Friday from 12.00 to 23.00, on weekends and public holidays from 09.00 to 23.00)

Your tasks

• You are part of the management team of the emergency practice and actively contribute your perspective to decisions and the further development of the practice.
• Together with the general management, you take over the technical and organizational leadership of the MPA team and ensure a well-organized everyday working life.
• You represent the concerns of the MPA team in the management team and ensure a transparent flow of information to the entire team.
• You coordinate the various areas of responsibility in the MPA team and accompany and support your colleagues in everyday life.
• You conduct the appraisal meetings of the MPA team and participate in recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes.
• Together with the general management, you lead team meetings and actively participate in projects and further training.
• You actively help shape the optimization of processes as well as quality development and assurance in the emergency practice.
• You are an important contact person for MPA-specific concerns and promote open, appreciative, and constructive cooperation in the interprofessional management team.

Your profile

• Completed training as MPA, FaGe, or nursing professional, ideally with at least two years of professional experience as MPA
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, team, and leadership skills
• Professional, appreciative, and empathetic appearance towards employees, patients, and their contact persons
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment with varying workloads
• Quick comprehension, confident appearance, and high sense of responsibility
• Confident and solution-oriented handling of challenging and complex situations
• Ability to reflect as well as willingness for personal and professional development in the leadership role

Your salary ##

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76'000 and 96'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary amount depends on your training and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
