The association Wohngemeinschaft Casa Viva, based in Holderbank AG (since 2009), cares for up to 13 adults with mental or psychosocial impairments. We work in a resource-oriented manner and focus on the professional and social integration of our residents. Our institution is IVSE recognized and is funded by the canton.
To support the specialists, we are looking for, by arrangement, a

dipl. Sozialpädagogin HF ##

Responsibilities: ###

• Care and support of 4-6 residents with mental or psychosocial impairments
• Inter-institutional and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Promotion of personal development
• Support with self-help in everyday situations
• Promotion of independence and personal responsibility
• Goal agreements, progress reviews, reports
• Administrative tasks

Working hours: ###

Working hours on weekdays are between 08:00 - 15:00 / 17:00 - 21:00. On weekends (max. 1x/month) from 16:00 - 20:00. Three consecutive days off (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon).

Requirement profile: ###

• Very independent way of working
• Experience with people with a mental impairment
• Good MS Office skills (RedLine client recording software)
• Driver's license Cat. B, own vehicle
• Flexible and organizational talent
• On-call service (1-2 times/week, only reachable by telephone)
• Mature and resilient personality
• Place of residence in the immediate vicinity (max. 20 min. driving time)
