Your tasks

• Together with the Co-Lead Nursing, you lead a motivated and collegial team
• You represent nursing at interdisciplinary meetings
• You coordinate activities and daily planning and ensure the optimal, professional and personal care of the patients
• You actively participate in nursing
• Together with the Co-Lead Nursing, you are co-responsible for the professional and organizational leadership of the ward
• You actively participate in change processes and promote a constructive and positive working culture, participation in ward projects and/or interdisciplinary possible
• You represent the Nursing Management in their absence and are part of a motivated and modern co-management team

Your profile

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH or Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience
• You possess high social competence, organizational skills and think in an oriented to solutions manner
• With your high resilience and your independence, you actively participate in the development of a future-oriented rehab clinic and commit yourself with passion for our patients
