Tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of geriatric psychiatric patients with a dementia diagnosis in an acute psychiatric setting
• Design and implementation of the geriatric psychiatric nursing process
• Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Close cooperation with intra-professional colleagues within the framework of the skill-and-grade-mix
• Co-design and implementation of change processes

Profile

• Completed HF studies with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• High social/personality competence and structured way of working
• Readiness to support change processes, to engage with new things and to actively co-shape changes
• Flexibility regarding duty scheduling
• Very good German and PC skills
• CAS in gerontology or the readiness to complete one
