Together with our client, a family-like elderly and care center in the Bern region, we are looking for an engaged Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 60–100 % for a permanent position, starting immediately or by arrangement. The institution offers older people a personal home where professional care and individual support are highly valued. In doing so, the needs, habits, and wishes of the residents are the central focus. Holistic support as well as the promotion of independence and quality of life characterize the daily care routine.

Your field of activity with the new employer:

• You take over the individual care and support of the residents and assist them in organizing their daily lives as independently as possible
• The implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures within your area of competence is part of your daily tasks
• Together with the care team, you design a structured daily routine, taking into account the personal habits and needs of the residents
• You observe health changes, pass on important information, and ensure careful and complete care documentation

• Completed training as a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ forms the basis for this varied activity
