Das Buchseegut Köniz is part of the social work of the Heilsarmee Schweiz. We care for and advise people with mental impairments on psychosocial, economic, and health issues. We give our clients a home and provide professional help. To complement our care team, we are looking for a specialist.

Your tasks

• Independent key person work with persons with mental illnesses
• Stabilization of the current life situation, strengthening of autonomy, and expansion of the clients' possibilities for action
• Electronic case management according to standards
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from the help system
• Regular presence duties in the day team
• Organization and implementation of leisure and holiday activities

What you bring with you

• Diploma HF/FH in social pedagogy, nursing, or a related field of activity
• Openness towards people with different biographies, life designs, and ideological convictions
• Experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
• Resilience and flexibility
• Flair for administrative activities
• Initiative and humorous personality
• You identify with the values of the Heilsarmee
