Two exciting areas - your opportunity to help shape things.

Intensive outpatient psychiatric nursing

You accompany people with mental illnesses who have an increased need for support in everyday life. Through regular contacts, reliable relationships, and individual support, you help them gain stability, manage their daily lives, and strengthen their independence.

Forensic-psychiatric care

Additionally, we are developing a specialized offering for people with forensic-psychiatric support needs, particularly during the transition from forensic treatment or the penal system into everyday life. If interested, you can participate in this project and familiarize yourself with an exciting field of expertise.

In both areas, you take professional responsibility for the nursing process of your clients and work closely with our team and the interdisciplinary network.

Your tasks:

• Professional responsibility for the entire nursing process: assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Recovery-oriented accompaniment and counseling regarding daily structure, coping with everyday life, and strengthening personal resources
• Psychiatric assessment, early recognition of crises, and initiating appropriate measures in coordination with the treatment network
• Traceable documentation of nursing services and regular review of nursing goals
• Secure medication management and medical-technical procedures according to medical prescriptions and operational specifications
• Coordination with treating specialists and other contact persons while maintaining professional secrecy
• Professional guidance of employees and competence-based delegation with review of results

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Experience in psychiatric nursing as well as security in relationship management and in handling crisis situations
