Tasks:

• You ensure the professional implementation of nursing measures with a focus on the safety and well-being of our residents.
• You maintain careful and complete nursing documentation of all nursing and technical activities according to the applicable standards.
• You act as the central contact person in emergency situations for doctors, hospitals, and relatives.
• You accompany, support, and advise our residents and their relatives in everyday life as well as in challenging life situations.
• You ensure a high quality of care through compliance with instructions, guidelines, and internal quality specifications.

Profile:

• You have completed training as a Specialist in Healthcare EFZ.
• Professional experience in dementia care as well as knowledge of RAI-LTCF are an advantage.
• You work independently, responsibly, and reliably.
• You are characterized by attentive listening as well as respectful and clear communication.
• A humorous, appreciative, and empathetic attitude towards our residents is a matter of course for you.
• You have very good oral and written German skills and understand Swiss German well.
