The University Clinic for Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Inselspital Bern is a leading, internationally recognized medical center for obstetrics and gynecology. The reception is a hub of the clinic! The secretariat supports all administrative processes and manages the main reception as well as the clinic's telephone switchboard. What awaits you ##

• Cooperation at the main reception and the telephone switchboard of the women's clinic and guidance of patients and visitors (opening hours Mon-Fri 06:30-21:00 and weekends 08:00-20:00:00)
• Recording and managing patient data upon admission and discharge
• Supporting nursing staff and physicians in administrative matters
• Processing inquiries from referrers, patients, insurance companies, etc.
• Managing medical records
• Administrative work in the field of obstetrics and gynecology

What you bring with you ##

• Commercial experience, training as a medical secretary or comparable training/further education
• Good communication skills, organizational skills, high resilience
• Very good IT skills, ideally experience with a clinical information system
• Experience in a hospital environment preferred
• Readiness for irregular shifts (evening and weekend shifts)
• Good German skills, French and English skills for communication
