In the nursing pool on an hourly basis, you work as flexibly as fits your life - without a fixed degree of employment and with an above-average hourly wage of at least 53 CHF/hr with increasing remuneration depending on experience. Here you commit yourself

• Care and accompaniment of patients and relatives in the areas of surgery, medicine, women's clinic
• Independent organization and responsibility for your own work area according to competencies
• Ensuring nursing quality throughout the entire nursing process
• Interdisciplinary coordination as well as constructive cooperation with various professional groups
• Accompaniment and support of apprentices, students and interns

• have completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH (SRK recognition required)
• have at least one year of professional experience in acute care in Switzerland
• are a reliable, flexible and independent personality
• can indicate at least 2 availabilities per month to us
