Wagerenhof

The Stiftung Wagerenhof (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a lasting home for around 250 people with multiple, cognitive disabilities for over 100 years and offers accompanied workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mandate. With a needs-oriented range of residential and nursing places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents. • nursing-medical care of our residents
• support in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• cooperation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Deputy Department Head

You fit us and this position if you also place our residents (and our supported employees) at the center of your actions and you bring the following:

• Registered Nurse (HF, DN II or AKP)
• several years of activity in various areas of nursing
• leadership experience
• ideally experience from geriatrics, neurology, rehabilitation, or with people with disabilities
• good PC skills and very good German skills in speaking and writing
• RAI knowledge is an advantage
