Dietlikon is a growing municipality in the heart of the "glow. das Glattal" region with over 8000 inhabitants. The proximity to Zürich, excellent infrastructure, very good public transport connections, and the nearby motorway connection make Dietlikon an attractive place to live and work.
The Alterszentrum Hofwiesen provides a home to 69 elderly people in their fourth stage of life. In addition to two nursing wards with 57 beds, "Hofwiesen" also has a closed residential group for people with dementia with 12 places. Around 76 employees lovingly and professionally accompany the residents through their everyday lives and ensure their well-being. The building was extensively renovated and modernized in 2022 and 2023. The operator of the Alterszentrum Hofwiesen is the political municipality of Dietlikon.
To complement our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a
dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (50 – 70 %)
Your area of responsibility
Competent and individual nursing and care of the residents
Ensuring quality and continuity in primary nursing
Active participation in shaping everyday life and a home-like environment together with the residents
Accompanying and guiding learners in practice (according to the specifications of the vocational trainer)
Day shifts, no night shifts
Your profile
Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
Experience and enjoyment in working with elderly people
Respectful and appreciative interaction with residents, relatives, and employees
Good IT user skills (MS Office products, Care Coach)
