The Stiftung Wohnheim KONTIKI with integrated day center is an institution that offers 63 adults with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders a space to work, live, and exist. Your tasks ##

We are looking for a motivated and sympathetic personality as support in everyday life for various forms of disability and care needs, starting 01. February 2027 or by arrangement:

• Promotion and maintenance of practical life skills
• Contact person for agogic as well as nursing-medical topics
• Documentation of development processes (Software Redline)
• Assumption of department and primary caregiver work

Your profile ##

• Degree as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or completed course as Pflegehelfer/in SRK
• Advantageous: Experience in working with people with different forms of impairment and/or who present a dementia issue
• Resilient, independent and responsible
• Appreciative attitude and genuine interest in others
• Independent way of working with high personal responsibility
• Able to work in a team, solution-oriented and open to feedback
• Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts)
