For an acute care hospital in the Luzern region, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement qualified healthcare specialist (Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ) with a workload of 60 to 100 % for a temporary assignment.

The hospital offers a versatile medical and nursing environment in which patients with various illnesses, injuries, and health complaints are cared for. In addition to care following medical procedures, the accompaniment of people with acute or chronic clinical pictures is also part of daily nursing care. The focus is on professional care, the safety of the patients, and individual nursing.

Daily work in acute care is varied and constantly brings new situations. Different nursing needs, medical treatments, and changing health statuses require attention, flexibility, and good teamwork. Nursing professionals, doctors, and other professional groups work closely together to ensure optimal care.

As a temporary FaGe, you will strengthen the existing nursing team and support the daily care and supervision of patients. You can bring in your previous experience, get to know new workflows, and expand your expertise in an exciting medical environment. Your tasks with the new employer:

• The individual care and supervision of patients with different health needs is part of your daily tasks, whereby you address their personal situation
• You perform tasks of basic and treatment care as well as medical-technical procedures carefully and responsibly within your professional competencies
• You attentively recognize health changes, document your observations in a comprehensible manner, and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals in a timely manner
• Together with qualified nursing professionals, doctors, and other specialist departments, you ensure smooth daily nursing care and professional care for the patients

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training as a Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or, in the case of a foreign qualification, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in the acute care sector, as well as an interest in applying and developing your expertise in a versatile medical environment
• A reliable, independent, and responsible way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even with changing requirements
• Joy in working with different professional groups and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with a new team and existing workflows
