Your profile: Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann FH/HF, Several years of professional experience in psychiatric and psychosocial nursing desired, Very good PC skills, Enjoyment of key worker work and in cooperation with other involved services, Experience in the application of RAI-HC desired, Experience with Nanda diagnostics an advantage, Independent, resilient and a team player, Ability to set priorities.
