• Support in the implementation of care measures
• Maintaining contact with relatives
• Professional performance of basic care
• Individual support of residents
• Assistance with the documentation of care effort
• Collection of data via interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
• Completed training as a health/social professional or SRK course
• Knowledge of German orally and in writing at minimum level B1
• Great flexibility in professional daily life
• Marked orientation towards teamwork and collaboration
• Empathy in contact with elderly people
• Understanding and patient personality
• Experience in basic care and support is an asset
• Care in the documentation of care services
