L-établissement has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward, with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the l'hôpital de Morges for a:

Intensive care specialist nurse (F/M) at 60-100%

YOU POSSESS

• A CRS-recognized nursing diploma or equivalent
• An EPD-ES intensive care expert diploma
• Confirmed experience in intensive care
• Great autonomy, while knowing how to work in interdisciplinarity
• Good resistance to stress
• Knowledge of basic IT tools

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure continuous monitoring of the evolving clinical state of the patient in critical situation and systematically evaluate their complex needs
• React effectively to critical cases requiring rapid and precise interventions
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (nursing assistant, doctor, student), respecting each person's job description, to develop and execute an optimal care plan
• Provide clear information and practical advice to patients and their families to best manage the recovery period and home care.
• Actively participate in projects to improve the quality of care and the implementation of new practices
