Tasks

• You accompany people during the night and support them with mobility, personal hygiene, toilet visits, and food intake
• You observe the health status and carefully document changes
• You ensure safety and well-being
• You plan and prioritize your tasks independently
• You adhere to hygiene standards and protective measures

Profile

• You have completed training in nursing or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in nursing or in dealing with elderly people
• You possess knowledge in basic care, observation, and documentation
• You work independently, structured, and efficiently
• You bring empathy, professionalism, and team spirit
• You deal with conflicts constructively, are capable of criticism, and are discreet
• You have good German language skills
