You are available between 40 % and 100 % and wish to carry out:

• occasional missions (full days or half days),
• or a long-term mission (minimum 1 month at 80 %, with the possibility of evolving towards a permanent position).

Your missions:

• You provide varied, global, and individualized care under the delegation of a nurse
• You collaborate closely on patient care within a multidisciplinary team
• You dispense medico-technical care under the delegation of the nurse
• You accompany patients in a responsible and autonomous manner for care aspects touching on activities of daily living
• You ensure the proper transmission of information between all stakeholders through the patient file
• Training:
• You hold a CFC as Assistant in Community Health Care (ASSC)
• Experience:
• Recent graduate or experienced professional
• Technical skills:
• Knowledge of Medlink software: an asset.
• Availability:
• Hourly flexibility required (split shifts, morning, evening, and weekends).
• Personal qualities:
• Soft skills and excellent presentation
• Autonomy and sense of initiative
• Adaptability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience and good stress management
